1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how XNODEHUB ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202408470C), operating under the brand "Modelane", collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Modelane platform (the "Service"). We are a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore with our registered office at 73 Upper Paya Lebar Road, #08-01M, Centro Bianco, Singapore 534818.

2. What Data We Collect

Account information: Name, work email address, company name, and billing information provided during registration.

Usage metadata: Request ID, timestamp, model class used, token count, latency, and HTTP status code. This metadata is used for billing, analytics, and abuse detection.

Request and response content: By default, Modelane does not store, log, or retain any request or response content (prompts, completions, or other inference payloads) beyond the duration of the request. Content is processed in real time and discarded immediately after the response is delivered.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit our website.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: routing inference requests and returning responses
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Abuse detection and enforcement of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Service improvement and performance monitoring
  • Responding to support requests and communications

We do not use customer content (prompts or completions) to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning models.

4. Data Sharing

When you send an inference request through Modelane, the request content is transmitted to the upstream model provider selected by your routing configuration. Each upstream provider processes the request according to their own data handling policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing), subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Subprocessors

Modelane uses the following categories of subprocessors to deliver the Service:

  • Model providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, Zhipu AI, Moonshot AI, Meta (via cloud partners), Mistral AI
  • Cloud infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Network and security: Cloudflare
  • Payment processing: Stripe

We will notify Enterprise customers at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor. Customers with a DPA may object to new subprocessors as described in the DPA.

6. Data Retention

Request content: Not retained. Discarded immediately after the response is delivered.

Usage metadata: Retained for 30 days for billing reconciliation and abuse detection, then permanently deleted.

Account information: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal and business purposes.

Enterprise customers may configure custom retention windows under their contract.

7. International Transfers

Modelane is headquartered in Singapore. Your data may be processed in Singapore and in other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. For transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. For transfers subject to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we comply with applicable cross-border transfer requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your personal data.
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" above. For Enterprise customers with a DPA, material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
